1. FONDANT CHOCOLATE “SIMPLE”

And by “simple” understand the recipe more practice.

– Ingredients –

  • 100g of chocolate
  • 100g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 4. c granulated sugar
  • 4 c. of bread flour
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
  • Ice cream or whipped cream (optional)

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by pre-heating the oven to 200º C.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the butter and let it cool.
  3. Then, beat the whole eggs with a little sugar, until you obtain a cream.
  4. Stir in the chocolate (which melted previously with the butter) and add the remaining sugar and the flour and fold in well.
  5. Place in small shapes (previously greased with butter and sprinkled with flour or cocoa powder), filling halfway.
  6. Bake in the oven for eight minutes.
  7. At the end of this time, remove from the oven, unmold and serve when still warm (the inside should remain liquid).
  8. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar to decorate and accompany with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (or other to taste) or whipped cream.

  1. FONDANT OF CHOCOLATE AND NUTS

– Ingredients –

  • 350g cream of chestnuts
  • 150g of chocolate for cooking
  • 100g of butter, without salt
  • 50g flour
  • 3 eggs

– Mode of preparation –

  1. The first step is to put the butter in a pan and heat. When they start to boil remove from the heat, add the chocolate broken into pieces, cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. At the end of this time, stir with a wire whisk, until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Then, add the chocolate and cream of chestnuts and mix well.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, stirring well between each addition.
  5. Add the flour (previously sifted) and fold in.
  6. Finally, pour the prepared mixture into a pan (previously greased with butter and dusted with cocoa), and take the cake to the oven – preheated to 180º C for 15 to 20 minutes. Check the state of cooking with the help of a toothpick.
  7. When cooked, remove, unmold, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve while still hot. You can accompany with ice cream.
  1. FONDANT OF CHOCOLATE WITH CARAMEL

Chocolate and caramel. Don’t have how to fail.

– Ingredients –

  • 100g chocolate caramel (some brands offer this type of chocolate for cooking)
  • 2 tablets of dark chocolate (cooking)
  • 240g butter
  • 200g of sugar
  • 80g flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 50 ml cream
  • Butter and flour q. b. (for greasing the pan)

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by pre-heating the oven to 180°C.
  2. Then, in a bowl, heat (in the microwave, 500w) chocolate, broken into pieces, and the butter for two minutes.
  3. Add the sugar, the eggs and the flour and mix well.
  4. Pour the batter of the cake one way (greased with butter and dusted with flour) and bake in the oven for about 28 minutes.
  5. At the end of this time, remove the cake from the oven. It will seem not cooked well, but do not be surprised, it is even so. Let cool and unmold.
  6. Finally, heat the cream and pour it over the chocolate caramel party on the nuggets.
  7. Serve the cake with a little sauce (warm) caramel.

  1. FONDANT WHITE CHOCOLATE

– Ingredients –

  • 200g of white chocolate
  • 130g butter
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 gems
  • 70g of flour
  • Butter (to grease) and flour (for dusting) q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC.
    Melt the chocolate with the butter in bain-marie.
    After you add the eggs, the yolks and sugar and beat well.
    Then add the flour and beat again.
    Join the chocolate (which melted on top) and mix well.
    Pour the dough in forms (previously greased and sprinkled) and fill up to about half of its height.
  2. Bake in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Remove from the oven, unmold and serve still warm.
    You can accompany with ice cream or wild berries syrup. The tartness of the fruit contrasts well with the sweetness of the fondant.
